As the beta version of the new Strengths in Focus web site goes out to my wonderful crew of reviewers, my excitement is barely containable. Andrew Shuttleworth, web designer extraordinaire, has done an incredible job of integrating my often scattered thoughts, most of which came together after Andrew had completed the first version of what I thought I wanted. “What if we...” were the opening words of many an email.
