Here are a few of the policies we live by - and ask you to.

Receipt: Your purchase process will end on the Receipt page. (Missed it? There's a link in your email receipt, too!) Look right under the name of your purchase and click on the word "Download."

Digital Download Instructions - Some of you may be new to digital downloads. Here is a step-by-step guide:

1. If given the choice, choose to "Save file." PDF download will then be available where you saved it and you can stop here. For audio downloads, this will be a .zip file. next, you will...

2. Navigate to where the file was saved and unzip the folder. (Windows: Right click and choose "Extract all." Mac: Open "Finder" and navigate to the Zip file you just downloaded, then double-click the file. If that doesn't work for you, there is a free program you can download called Zipeg.)

3. Follow the directions for your mp3 player to transfer the files. Enjoy!

Shipping - USPS 1st Class or Priority mail, unless other arrangements are made. In the US, this means 2-5 days. Internationally, it means it will hit your country within about a week. You probably know better what to expect from there.

Returns - We want you to be happy. If you receive a physical item and it is damaged, please let us know right away (within 10 days of receipt) and we will make it right. For obvious reasons, we cannot do returns for digital items, unless we are unable to deliver it to in the downloadable format promised. If you are dissatisfied for any other reason, please let us know. We will be absolutely fair in working out a solution that feels great to you. Of course, all of this is a mute point, for you will love what you purchase here. :)
